E-mail:[email protected] Abstract ‐‐ In this paper an attempt has been made to investigate the effect of steady boundary layer flow and heat transfer of two dimensional two phase flow over a stretching sheet. Here the partial differential equations are reduced to ordinary differential equations using similarity transformations. The transformed equations have solved using well known Runge-Kutta method with help of shooting technique. The effect of Grashof number, Prandtle number, Eckert number, Volume fraction, fluid interaction parameter on temperature and velocity of both fluid phase and particle phase have been investigated and interpreted graphically. We have found that our result is good agreement with existing literatures. It is noticed that the Eckert number has significant effect on the thermal boundary layer growth. The thermal boundary layer thickness decreases on increasing Prandtl number.
